FITNESS IS FOR EVERYONE, regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
It is the mission of Black Flag Athletics to utilize proper training patterns, techniques and methodologies in order to facilitate an increase in performance, decrease injury and enhance quality of life in a community based, peer driven environment.
The ultimate goal of Black Flag Fitness is to improve fitness and general physical preparedness. We do this by efficiently combining the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.
These 60-minute classes consist of:
- Starts with a group warm up
- Then continues with a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, and/or conditioning piece (varies daily)
- Finishes with a group cool down/stretch.
Our coaches are passionate and knowledgeable and will guide you in everything you do in your hour at Black Flag Athletics. You will find they are excited to help you reach your goals and help you have fun doing it!
